New t-shirts:King Alpha & Queen Omega” and „Roots Rider"
Two new T-shirts just dropped: “King Alpha & Queen Omega” and “Roots Rider”. Both bring the vibe of Jamaican reggae culture and the spirit of Rastafari.
King Alpha & Queen Omega - The first design is inspired by the 1930 coronation of Haile Selassie, when he was proclaimed “King of Kings and the Lion of Judah.” At the same ceremony, Empress Menen was crowned, becoming a symbol of wisdom and strength. The graphic pays homage to their historical and spiritual legacy.
Roots Rider - The second design, “Roots Rider – I & I is like a tree,” takes you back to 1970s Jamaica. It’s an artistic vision inspired by the iconic film “Rockers” and the gritty vibe of Kingston’s streets during that era. Released in 1978, “Rockers” is a true celebration of reggae music, Jamaican culture, and pure passion.
The film follows Horsemouth, a rastaman hustling to sell vinyl records to make a living… but hey, no spoilers here! If you haven’t seen “Rockers” yet, it’s a must-watch. It’s a story of reggae music, life on Kingston’s streets, and fighting for what’s yours. The movie features a star-studded cast of roots reggae legends like Jacob Miller, Burning Spear, Gregory Isaacs, Robbie Shakespeare, and Big Youth. The entire film is soaked in the authentic Jamaican lifestyle of the 70s.
Both T-shirts are made of soft 180 g/m² cotton. They’re comfortable, durable, and packed with subtle details like reinforced seams and a classic cut that fits well without restricting movement.
Respect!
